    i was hesitant about moving to the service after hearing and reading about the E911 problems with other VOIP services. Its just to make sure the name and address is right in the VOIP database. The service is great with voicemail, callerID, call waiting, etc. I like the online voicemail so I can check it from work. The only thing that took some getting used to was picking up the phone and having to wait about a half a second for the lag of the connection of the call. Its understandable as it is TCP packets and its not instantanious.
