No real complaints... Uptime is good, don't need support that often but when I do the staff is helpful, 24/7.
Speeds could be faster...more upload... I don't P2P but I do game.
I think my monthly fee for cable internet is fair, however, the bundled services I pay for to get this fee....that's another story.
