I am running the Comcast workplace account and it's pretty good. Fast speeds, setup was good and quick. I am dealing with a guy at the Alexandria office and he has been very professional.
I can get a static IP but choose not to because I use my own appliance. They give you an SMC firewall to use but I gave my back and stuck with my Pix. No port blocking so I can ssh and VPN back into my network. it's always up. I usually pull near 8 megs download 750's for upload. even during busy hours I'm fast. Most people where I am at have DSL though so that my be why.
I marked customer service good and bad because the business folks have been very very good, the residential haven't been. Since this is a home office, I have residential cable and there is always confusion about the bill. It's more their residential side though.
It took them a while but it straightened out. If anyone is interested in picking up business class internet for a good price and you're in NOVA, please PM me and i will give you the name and contact info for the rep I have been dealing with, he is very helpful.
