I have had Comcast for about 7 years, since they were @home. They have improved a lot on the speeds and reliability, however the tech support department has gone downhill. Most of the time they send "form letters" when you email them for support. And the phone support basically reads from a script.
So overall...a good deal for the price, very reliable connection, but they could improve on the tech support and customer service.
UPDATE 5-9-08: Kept internet, removed TV for DirecTV. Prices continued to increase to the point it was not best for me to continue with their TV service. I kept basic cable to keep the discount on internet. Have no complaints about their internet service. I have had a total of 5 days service interruption in the entire time I have had their internet service. I believe their internet to be one of the best.
