05/27/2008 ---------------- Recently upgraded to comcast digital voice, their VOIP solution. They gave me a promotion on the internet pricing of $19.99 for the first year I believe. Voice plan is costing around $19.99 for the first year as well. So far no problems and have not experinced a slow down with the internet.
05/27/2008 ---------------- Had Comcast for about 4-5 years now. The service has been versy stable, reliable, and fast. If I remember correctly the only problems I had, was when the service was first being installed. Once the service has been installed everything has run fine.
I had a few outages over the years. But service was usually restored within 24 hours.
Old Review --------------------------------------- The speed is good and everything is working fine. I have had the service for years with no real problems.
Sometimes it goes out late at night but is usually back online before I wake up. If you have any problems, the tech support is pretty incompetent. They just tell you to power cycle your modem and router. If that doesn't fix it then they tell you to power cycle it for a longer period of time. Pretty lame.
