I have worked for ISP's since 1998 and worked for the top rated ISP in the nation according to dslreports.com's good the bad and the ugly list in 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. So I know what to expect from an ISP. Comcast is the best bang for the buck. My complaints is that there is not a local contact number of any kind. I needed to get a new modem and EVERY comcast number goes to their call Q in Canada or Packistan or whereever it is. But over all, once the service was up, its reliable. My other complaint against them is that the price seems to be double what I expected it to be. But there is not a better option for my area. It truly blows DSL away.

Still very happy with this connection. I have to admit that Comcast has exceeded my expectations. I still wish there was more competition in the market place and the price is high but over all I'm really suprised at how good Comcast is performing.
