Horrible, horrible customer service. I wish another company would come in to our area so I could dump Comcast and their scripts.
Never again with Comcast. Service and reliability are horrible.
Tried them once, left cause of all the problems, came back a year later and problems still exist if not worse. Goodbye forever Comcast

| ditto yes, they suck. they allways manage to screw up my bill and charge me for more than i owe. they even went as far as to put a past due bill on my credit record but i have the reciept showing it was paid in full, open and shut case in my favor (pending in federal court). i switched to verizon dsl and i am very pleased with it. plus it is cheaper than comcast. comcast is just too full of there self. | |

| Very Informative Thanks for your in depth review. You most likely don't understand enough to use it, get frustrated with what they tell you and hang up. Educate yourself, all those pop-ups and slowness aren't caused by your ISP.
