    I can not state the fact that comcast sucks enough. Ill say when it worked, it was ok. Just the" when it worked part"..... I had signed up for AT&T( yuch) cable tv,internet and phone for $99/month.1 month later comcast bought them out. Right off the bat my bill went up almost $70. About a month later my phone went out. No help from them. All they would say is its my lines. I replaced my lines and the problem was still there. All the time they still wanted payed for the phone.I payed the bastards for the phone service I didnt have,(just to keep my internet and tv),got it disconnected and went on.My internet was always sketchy.I called their support to get the same "its my problem story" NO HELP. I finally got a tech out to replace my modem and then NO INTERNET AT ALL! He left before I got home so I wasnt able to be there when this happened. Once again NO HELP from their joke support . I tried everything but nothing. It was my problem again. All the time comcast wanted payed for this. Then my cable went out for 3 weeks and all they offered me was a $6 refund.Why? Because when they disconnected my phone they left a piece of their equipment in my box and shut my cable off till they got it back. Why didnt their tech get it when he was out here? Its not my fault that they left their "stuff " that I had NO idea was there ,in my phone box. At that point , I realized just what a nightmare I was in with them. I called and told them to get their garbage out of my house.Their tech came and picked the cable modem and converter up. 2 weeks later they sent me a bill for $80 for the boxes. After an IRATE phone call to them it was over. THE COMCAST NIGHTMARE WAS OVER!!!!. I have Atlantic Nexus for DSL and have never been happier. COMCAST SUCKS!!!!!Do everything you can to stay away from them!

    update 7/17/07 Nothing new to add , just wanted to see if the old review went up in the line .

    You people really just don't know how to deal with a telecom company. I mean first of all, if you were not getting the support you needed, then call a field supervisor. Also, you think you can just throw out some company's equipment and not be charged? I agree they overcharged you but I'm pretty sure you should have thought twice before you threw it out.
