The service has been reliable. My only complaint is cost. I can't speak much for installation service, as I self-installed. The installation was very fast, and the connection was activated within minutes of a phone call to customer service. I can say that my experience with service visits for my cable TV has been poor, with missed and late appointments.
The email service works well, and the web interface for when you're on the road is convenient.
