started out with @Home, install had to be rescheduled to due location of cable drop in house. once this was sorted out the install went smoothly. had one desktop connected to the cable modem CybrSurfr). never had any real issues,had the odd outage once in a great while, usually maintenance outages between midnight and 5:00 AM.
went through the transition to ATTBI which was fairly smooth. no real outages, speeds were kickass, latency and pings were at a pretty acceptable level.
went through the Comcast transition well, i think i was off the grid for 2 1/2 days until my area was transitioned. was sent an SB4220 just after transition. registering the new modem was problem free. have had a DLink DI-704 router since @Home days with no problems.
all in all i am relatively satisfied with my service.
