I can't believe it's already June. 3 years later.... and I'm back with comcast. Old roommate moved out and new roomie wanted cable TV. We got the triple play $99/month for a year, phone, TV, internet. No issues so far (knock on wood). Install went smoothly. I think I called on a Wednesday and they came on Saturday. It seems more stable and faster than DSL. We had some issues with the DSL towards the end of last year that had me on the phone with some girl in the Philippines for 2 hours.. not fun. Cable's been good so far except the box we got for my roomie only gets channels 100-500... still need to straighten that out. All in all I'm happy with it.

Still very reliable. Had one outage a few weeks ago, at about 10pm or so. By the next morning it was back up.

Well I moved out of that house and now I'm on my own so I had to order my own internet service :sigh: lol. Comcast had a special.. $19.99 a month until 2004 which worked out to about 5 months at that price, plus free premium installation. after that, its $57 =/ but no problems so far.. I still like it better than I liked DSL. I didn't like dealing with all that PPPOE crap...and no contract required!

Sorry, this review is going to be pretty useless. I just moved into a house that has cable modem, so I canceled my DSL (SBC Pacific Bell) and hooked my lil router up and here I am.
All I can say is, it's faster than DSL was. =) On the speed tests, on average, I'm gettin about 1700 kbps
If you look at my test history, you can tell when I moved out =D
