Upgraded to Triple Play a few months ago. Took a week for install due to a long holiday weekend. Net speeds stayed the same, digi cable works great on 2 TVs (both CRTs), but the digi voice doesnt get used much. it works but i believe disabled incoming faxes. maybe it was a problem with the printer or phone setup we have. the actual voice line is a business line and mostly used for the voicemail and fax. don't use it enough to notice it being any clearer.

appears as though Comcast Blast! is available in my area. 16/2 would be great and i will look into it. As of now i'm still on the 6meg service with PowerBoost and couldnt be happier all things considered. Ive read a lot about CC's torrent/p2p throttling, and i do a LOT of file sharing, but i havent noticed any slowdowns at all using uTorrent w/ in and out ecryption.

Where as price was a major concern for me before triple play, paying $55/mo for 6/384, paying $120/mo for same Net, plus 2 digi TVs and 1 analogue, digi voice, and modem rental. exceptional package.

still waiting for FIOS in my area and Verizon's triple play...

Service has been very steady for 4 years in my corner of South Jersey, speeds are always excellent- at or above advertised speed- and havent had a price hike in a year.

price is pretty steep but we dont have Triple Play. I've been on FIOS waiting list for 6months, just wiating for it to unroll here. My comcast service has been great, no major complains in 4 years besides constantly raising prices, but it's hard to argue with 20/2 Mbps for $50/month (jersey has higher bandwidth tiers than most states). we'll be getting verizon's triple play equivilant and upgrading to the 15/2 (20/2) tier the day it's available in our town.

i'm not anti-comcast...in fact i sorta like em now *shutters*. i actually dont like verizon very much...but FIOS is just too amazing to not get and their digital TV service has the potential to be better than comcast's, though i doubt it will be in reality.

comcast would have to give me 1+ year of 1/2 my current rate with double the bandwidth to keep me from switching. i know their bandwidth will go up (powerboost is actually quite nice) but unless theyre offering 15-20 mbps with 2+ up for $50 guarenteed for 2 years, it's gonna be hard to keep me.
