    Since I live in an apartment building I can only get OOL or verizon DSL.

    But since OOL is getting very Unreliable I amd thinking to going to Verizon DSL, Yes the DSL service is SLOWER but it is RELIABLE! verizon dose not offer their FIOS service where I live.
