    I thought this was meant just for OOL Not their T.V and Telephone services as well. Or Am I Confused

    I made it clearer for you. Is it ok for you now? LOL. I don't want to have anyone confused but you better be a Yankees' FAN!!! I am beyond frustrated with CV but I'm only back in NY for about one more year. I had problems back in 2001 before OOL as well and it took them 16 months to correct it so I should except it again. But I must say the OOL Direct forum techs are great.
