    We have had opt-online for a couple years now and the service has always been consistent and reliable.

    Only bad thing was that at first the connection was throttled due to our home cable wiring. After some talk with the techs they discovered the problem was caused by the amplifiers used to keep the signal strength when it came into the house and was split. The amplifiers posed this problem since they were only one way amplifiers.

    After speaking to their customer support we scheduled a tech who came out and ran a brand new feed up the outside of the house behind a gutter and into the room we placed the cable modem. The install was done efficiently and clean with no hassle.

    Overall Opt Online has been great for us.
