Generally speeds are somewhere around 12mb down 1.8up.
pretty consistent lowest i seen is about 7mbs down 1 up.
As far as connection reliability, so far connection went down about 4-5 times along with cable tv for several hours i cant really call it reliable.
As far capping, i regularly use P2P programms like bittorent , limewire , edonkey etc upload on full speed for several hours never been capped as to yet.
I heard it varies from place to place but from my experience I really doubt you can get capped as early as some people here write (some people claim even after 5 minutes!??) I just dont believe that.I doubt if you upload at full speed for an hour or even a few hours you will be capped...Should take half a day at least.
