I have had OOL for 8 years, so far the only problem that I have had was 2 modems dying due to age. I have never had any problems with over saturated nodes, speed problems or packet loss. I now have the Boost package and am pleased with it so far. I am sure that the problems that people talk about on here do exist. I personally have not had any of the problems . My only gripe might be that they should try to give you what they call the up to speed that they advertise. The 30/5 speed is on the average 26/3.4 for me, but thats still not too shabby. I say if you get the triple play it may be worth it for you. (I just have io silver and OOL)
