    From day one there hasnt been a problem here in my town with OOL.
    Techs have been helpful and fast service for outcalls.Level 1 phone techs are lousey.Communication with customers on outages are great and if ya call in any problems they may not even know about,it will be communicated via phone recordings on call ins.

    Im on my 2nd year with ool and the only problem ive seen are the upload capping,mail server and news server degrade in service.Spam in email accounts got worse.latencey and routing troubles arose.Price increases seemed to be at 40increases/year now(sarcasm).

    All in all for what i use it for its all good,im still happy but would like to smile more.

    level 1 tech phased out so they say.
    Still no problems and area has been updated.
    Am now on Boost and triple play and a second number for dedicated fax line..........no problems at all and speed is as advertised always.
