Everybody gives TW crap over and over but where I am I can't beat the RR Internet service. I think I've had a total downtime of 4 hours that I was actually home to use it in the year that I've had it. Speeds are good and steady and connection is reliable. TW Direct support is awesome if you have any unresolved issues that you need assistance with for your RR service.
