    It's been so long I don't remember how the install process went. (Couldn't have been bad if I don't remember!)

    I have VOIP from Viatalk, and I used to have horrible problems with dropping calls. Once RR upgraded the frimware on my cable modem things got better, but still had some dropped calls. I finially asked RR to replace my modem about a year ago and I haven't had any issues since. Both have been Motorola Surfboards. The current one is a 5100.
