    This is a legacy Adelphia system that was taken over by TWC after the bankruptcy.
    Overall it has been a pretty smooth ride. Loved it when 15/2 and powerboost became the norm around here. All i all I am very satisfied with TWC.

    TWC 19/1 Just Over The Hill From You

    We're getting 19/1 just over the hill from Simi, here in Westlake Village / Thousand Oaks. A friend in Oak Park gets exactly the same 19/1. And we are both Standard Plan.
