    I have been with Roadrunner from Time Warner Cable since about 2000. That was back when 768/128 was fast. I got a package with Internet and cable TV at the time for I think it was $60 dollars a month. The TV service was good and there was no HD back then (gasp). Phone service was not yet available. I added voip from them about 2 years later and the sound quality is and was clear. But that is explained in another review.

    I have a Wii and sometimes an xbox connected with another 2 computers wirelessly connected. Since the time I got he service, the speed has been gradually upgraded to 15/2. They reach advertised speeds 98% of the time. Pings are usually 80-90 ms or below during online gaming. I use their DNS and e-mail servers and both are pretty good. I do not like their homepage due to the ads that they put on all over he site. Tech support is good and I am no novice when it comes to technology/computers. They always go through the same simple game of resetting and testing the connection. But I have only calls tech support 2 times so I really can not judge it too much. No idea when DOCSIS 3.0 will come out and It has not officially been announced but we are usually one of the first markets to receive updates due to enhanced competition from other companies.

    Overall the service is great and I will update this shortly.
