I have 3 MB down/256K up, speeds are OK (a little goofy at times) When my wife ordered, they refused to let her pick a "convient time" for the install and came while I was at work and just left a modem, and the paperwork with my MAC address, email address, & password NOTHING ELSE. To this day, almost a year later, 1 or 2 times a month, my MAC is not reconized by the network and I get the self provisioning page where I have to call in and waste and hour or more to get my service back on. My email address are always getting turned off, (I now use Gmail)
