Service is horrible. Internet constantly drops out and modem restarts. Video is choppy and audio drops out. Zero value for the outrageous amounts that TW charges.

So my service has improved slightly however it took an email to one of the head honchos in NY who contacted the VP of Engineering. I just wish it didn't have to come to that. I will be dropping TW as soon as FIOS is available.

So I switched to my own modem, Motorola SB6120 and my internet problems have disappeared....for now. I find it funny that I had to shell out my own money to fix something TW could have easily done.
