RR cable is great when it works, but the service is unpredictable. It goes out for hours at a time. A call to tech support usually gets things back, but with a denial that there was a problem -- just a big coincidence, right? I would dump this service, but the phone lines in this neighborhood are old and rotten, so it is cable or nothing.
