    I use RR Turbo as I d/l a lot from usenet. Have been a happy RR customer since Feb 2000.

    FASTEST?????

    I'm not sure what part of CLT you live in, but as far as "fastest" goes, that's untrue!! Windstream offers TWO packages that are CHEAPER & FASTER than RR!!!

    I'm not saying WS is perfect, but I don't have much if any downtime. I recently moved from TWC to WS because we needed a static IP(no BIZ acct), faster upload, & best of all it's CHEAPER!!!

    Interesting. I guess the WS price would include phone service too?? I use TWC for phone.internet and HDTV with a bundled price.
