I purchased Time Warner Business Class Cable. I guess this is formerly Road Runner or maybe the other way around I don't know.
I'm pretty happy with them. I was able to use my Cisco 2800 router and pix 515 firewall with there modem. I accomplished this by getting 2 blocks of 8 ip addresses where one block sits between the router and cable modem and the other sits on the firewall and nats to my internal network. The techs were confused with this setup but allowed it.
Price is reasonable, about $138 with all the IP addresses and most important to me is the upload speed at 1+ MB for my servers.
I have ran SDSL in the past and their were too many quality issues with dsl to be of any value. The cable connection is solid, especially being in a new neighborhood.
If I had a complaint, I would say their routing is all over the place, which does increase latency. But, that's ok as the uptime is very good.
Overall, for the money, it's a great solution for a small business.
