    Ordered RR extreme w/digi cable 2 hd dvrs out of Ventura Ca... took a few days from order to online.. tech was OK.. activated 2 box's and modem within the hour.. tested speeds, got full speeds../ roughly 14.8 down / 1.9 up ...had the service for about 8 months now and had minimal downtown.. had about 1 weeks of slow speeds but there was system wide issue in the area.. some users still have the issue .. i however do not.. overall very happy with the service.
