I considered Verizon DSL as a dry-line, and other local companies. Verizon was going to offer 3/768, the other local companies were 768/128.
I chose Roadrunner for the 10/1 that they offer, and get that pretty consistently. It has only been down maybe a few minutes since getting it a few months ago.
Install was well coordinated, and I like the fact that you can pay the bill in person. The local TW office is about 1/2 a mile from my apartment. Install was somewhat delayed as it was just as the local college was starting and there was alot of new installs going in. I would assume that if I had ordered it at a different time of year it would be quite different.
Overall service is very reliable and pings stay quite stable.
For anyone that can get it I would say to get it, especially in the downtown Keene, NH area.
