I have been a Digital Phone customer for over a year. Very reliable service. I have converted my parents and neighbors.
I also have HD DVR and Caller ID to the TV. Very nice feature. I didn't think I would need it but I like it. They need text to TV next.
I really like their data product but I have to reset my Linksys router too much. This is likely a computer/ router configuration issue but who knows. Turbo service is great and a fairly cheap add on. I use it to log on to my office VPN and there is no impact whatsoever from multi-computer usage - I would not say the same for my at&t DSL service when I had it.
Time Warner Cable needs to continue to improve their web sites and make them service friendly. There are too many problems that can be fixed on-line and I hate to wait for their customer service.
For HD with DVR, Digital Cable, Phone with unlimited long distance, and Turbo (10Mbps; rep said it would soon be 15Mbps) I am paying $119. I was paying $99 for DSL + Phone + Unlimited long distance with at&t (call waiting is $8/ mo.). As long as service remains consistent, I will not return to Big Orange.
