    The only other option I have is 6 megs down, 384 up DSL. Of course, that often beats the 15 megs down I am supposed to get. I often get 10% of what is advertised. Tech support is a joke - they once reprovisioned me (down to standard tier) by mistake and it took four calls and an hour and a half to find someone who knew how to reprovision me. Too bad there isn't more competition.
