    Service has gotten better, at times connection drops, speed is reduced.

    Upgraded to Turbo and service has been better.

    Unhappy With Roadrunner

    My Roadrunner service is VERY bad. It loses the connection at minimum 3 or 4 times per hour. Reconnecting can take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes each time. I have to run to Kinko's all the time because I work at home and risk losing valuable contracts because of deadlines if I don't.

    Is there a DSL that performs better because I'll try anything at this point.
