Otherwise, we are getting consistent service with very rare outages. Their marketing department has finally figured out that we are not going to bundle any services, thus the phone has been mercifully silent.

Despite "basic" service, this connection has handled a simultaneous load of 1 system running World of Warcraft (solo player), 1 system in the throes of Windows Update (again), 1 system doing light browsing with web-radio playing, 1 system syncing with Exchange (3 weeks of emails, pdfs, and images), and 1 system also running World of Warcraft (40-man raid), while also running Ventrilo, and torrenting (Fedora and OpenOffice.org LEGAL *glares*).

Subscribed to Road Runner Basic, 1.5/384. The connection does have issues with streaming Sirius to a PC. When that is going on, the other household members can not do anything latency-sensitive. Have not been able to talk the subscriber into upgrading to a higher tier, yet.
