    I ordered RR Cable internet for our second office in New Paltz. From date of order to install, it took 8 business days (6/28/06 - 7/10/06). Install couldn't have took longer then 10 minutes!

    Speeds are decent.. I think we get like 3/768, which is NOTHING compared to Optimum Online (but there is no Optiumum in New Paltz. DHCP service is offered.

    Verizon is a competitor in the area, which I hear has similar speeds, had a couple of outages this year, but is much cheaper!
