I had to wait almost 2 week because of daily points, how they explained i was that an installer can only do so many points of day regardless of how long the installer actually works. like in a 12 hr period an installer can only do 400pts worth, but after 12 hrs the installer did his 400pts in 4 hrs but still got paid for the 12 hrs of work.

The installer was an idiot, when the installer left i had to rewire and remove at least five sets of wires that were not needed at all.
What was the home equipment?, -Static IP, dynamic IP, or PPPoE?
cable modem, lots of wires, static IP.
Other bad/good experiences?
The tech support ppl are completely stupid when it comes to the internet, they only know how to follow outdated methods in fixing an issue. unfortunately for me, the only internet i can get at my apartment complex is time warner so i am stuck with them.
