    Update #2:

    I have Roadrunner Turbo which is 15mbs. it is an additional $9.95/month on top of the regular price. I think TWC has caught up to Cox in the San Diego area in terms of speed. No complaints.

    Another move, another ISP. Roadrunner was my only cable option. Cox just came out with 9mbs service. Maybe Roadrunner will follow.

    UPDATE:

    Frame this and put it on the wall!

    TWC is now 7mbs. Still slower than Cox. No interruptions of service. No complaints. More expensive than DSL, but faster.
