    Update: I've now had this service for 2 and 1/2 half years. Service has been great, and has not gone down except in cases when my building did not have any power. (3 times in the past 2.5 years).

    I've also upgraded to their "Turbo" Package, which is why I'm paying $55.95 instead of $45.95. Adverstized speed is 15/1 and on average I get between 12 and 13 down and 968k up.
