I have some problems with my cable but i called them up came next day (yesterday in fact) told us 2-4 pm came at noon which was nice, i live like 20 miles south of Houston (not a REALLY large city 50k people) so its no problem getting it fixed. And hard to compare when i cant get dsl which is like half a mile short.

Its been roughly a year now and since about after hurricane Rita its been going fine a few outages here and there but nothing to major id have to say I'm glad to be sticking with road runner *Strange story is when hurricane Rita came in and my power came back after like a day road runner was still working i was quite amazed after this*

I figured it was about time for an update Lately my connection has been just perfect no problems with ping/at peak hours etc only issue is my high sync rates it constantly hits 55+ upstream Other then that id have to say I would fully recommend it in this area you just cant beat it when Verizon dsl can only offer half of advertised speed due to distance.
Only thing that really chaps my hide is seeing verizon offering 7/756 for 29.99 a month and I can only get half of that, and watching people get FIOS Id say once they build a closer CO or install FIOS Id have to switch due to the price and value.

I'm really happy with my service that there giving me a big thumbs up to the improvement in the last year with my connection relibility. Its nice not having to call Time Warner up for 6 months and having to deal with customer service
