    My Other Reviews·FrontierNet Intern..
I was just reading over an old review here that had me laughing a bit. I wrote it several years ago after trying our Frontier DSL ... Well we tried Frontier again earlier this year and even though they had improved the speed, there still were issues that drove me right back to Time Warner. And I must say that for the few months that we had DSL, we missed our RR connection.

I will say that we are hoping that TW does not institute monthly caps in this area because we have three computers that are online quite a bit in this household. And I will also say that we are hoping for an increased upload speed because 384 kb/sec is not nearly enough. 1 meg would be fine.

That seems awfully low for NY

What TWC division are you on? Just curious because the lowest upload I heard of in New York state was 512k for a few locations. The Albany division(which I'm on, despite being over the Massachusetts state line) has 1 mbit up for the standard and turbo tiers, with 10 mbit down for standard, 15 for turbo.

We are in the Rochester,NY division which now has been combined with Buffalo's. I can't believe that the upload remains at 384 myself. And this has always been one of Roadrunner's premier markets.
