Time Warner Business Class.
Ok will start with the Pre sale information.... The Employee lacked on giving me information about there services he did not explain to me what services I would get!! So he lack on that point!!! Thats why they get a 3 out of 5.
The Install coordination was a complete mess they never came to install the line when they where suppose to and they had a miss communication from all sides!!! Thats why I give it a 1 out of 5.
Connection Reliability is ok I have some down times in the morning and the speed dramatically decreases when that happens! the line @ night also have some problems I am still waiting for a respond from TW about these! not a biggie for now so I gave it a 4 out of 5!!
Tech support.... they are grate they actually know what are they talking about and they work with you a lot more!!! They are awesome in that side I give it a 5 out of 5!
Mail, DNS, News.... Well what can I say I have never had a problem with the mail system the have always the news in there site so for the news all I do is head to RR!! The DNS is excellent never had a change after I got the line squared out!!!
So I gave it a 5 out of 5!
Value for the money! After I got the line up and running I think is worth it the speed is awsome! and the tech services so far has been grate!!! so for the money I gave it a 5 out of 5!!!
