    I personally used to have Embarq DSL but I have switched to Comcast recently. At work I used Embarq DSL and Comcast HSI. Our Embarq goes down 2-3 times a month for short intervals while our Comcast goes down less than once a month. Comcast in this area does seam to be more reliable for a slightly higher price but both services are fairly reliable.
