From making the order on a Saturday, the sales department had the 660 at our door on Tuesday and the line was already configured so that operation was available as soon as power was applied to the 660.
NOTE: Comcast took 30-45 days to figure out we didn't have a cable drop at the residence.
At 15,000', and two doors down from the EOL, a few issues cropped up during the intial hook-up and operational period.
Once the technicians cleared the line and replaced 30" of bad cable, the service has benn rock solid for over 76 hours.
The connection is now running at 1760/576 with:
