    Ordered Sprint Fast connect DSL due to the past 3 years of hell with Charter Communications. Received dsl modem 9/3/03 (a few days late due to holiday) and was able to get it installed quickly and painlessly. Had to call tech support due to the fact that I dont use windows (linux) and the cd was windows only. Tech was very friendly and was able to get me going in ~5 minutes!

    It's now 2008 and I am still satisfied with my service. I have been on the 5/768 package since it became available, I plan to upgrade to the 10/1 package soon.

    There has been very few outages, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a page available to post status updates or maintenance notifications which would help greatly so that I could plan around them.
