They change news servers about once a month. Force you to sign your soul over to Google if you want web mail. Seem to expect a rather high level of technical acumen from the customer. frequently use terms I have to look up.
That being said, once you get their attention on the BBR Forum, they can get it done for you. I pity what happens to some less proactive/less involved casual users.
