Speeds are great. Only once in a while do we have slowness. Probably once every 3 months, but only lasts one night.
Orderd 1 year contract which was an average of $13 a month.
Install process took a week, they found they had to have AT&T set up some settings for the internet connection to begin working.
Supplied my own equipment (ACTIONTEC DSL Gateway)
Tech support has some knowledge however, in the end I solved my Actiontec connection problems by figureing out that my DSL modem had a VCI of 32, when AT&T requires VCI of 35. Ended up calling dsl extreme back to let them know I've solved the problem without them.
Tech support is in middle east.
