    Everything went smoothly. Originally only qualified for 784/256. After cleaning up our lines, we asked to be upgraded to a higher speed. I was able to communicate easily with upper technicians, who helped facilitate the process of boosting our connection speed. We now connect at the higher 1500/384 speeds thanks to the great service of DSL Extreme. Contact via phone or online chat is a snap.
