    Great ISP. Tech support will bend over backwards to assist you with any problems. The fact that they use BBR to host a PUBLIC support forum speaks volumes.

    6/07 - Had a trouble ticket opened. Problem was solved quickly, but tech support called me twice after the ticket should have been closed. This type of support problem I can live with. Techs that call not only to notify you that the problem is resolved but follow up.
