Update 6/22/07: Still fast as ever, I'm actually getting more speed then what is shown below. I've only had one outage so far and I wasn't home for it anyway, so it didn't affect me what so ever. Would still recommend this service to anyone who asks, the techs in this forum are the best .. of course. 
I called on 2/28 to make sure the order I placed online on 2/27 was there. It wasn't, but the nice people on the phone took my order without any issues. Whats strange about the whole ordeal is I was able to use my new DSLX email address since I placed the order on 2/27. I got my email which said the activation is March 7th. I can't wait to say the least. I must say I'm quite impressed with all the support I got, even though I didn't have all my info together they barred with me while I called back 3 times probably. Everyone was very nice and extremely patient, which goes a long way in my book. Nice to know I don't have to wait 45 minutes to talk to someone, who may be in another country for all I know.
On the install date everything went smooth at 12am the modem lost sync. It didn't regain sync till I woke up some time next morning. Then just changed my router from PPPoE to DHCP and I was up and running in minutes. Great routing I haven't seen 13 hops to this site in years, since SBC stopped peering with anyone.
