    Well i have this service only from few days , i dont really know who to rate CYBERONIC or COVAD. Cyberonic is the reseller for this service. I used to have Atlantic Broadban(thats the worst that you can get in South Beach/Miami Beach) And i had for few months bellsouth FastAccess which it wasn't that bad but for advertising 6mbit i was geting MAX like 4-4.3mbit. Which is kind of bad if you ask me. Now with Cyberonic/COVAD i am getting from advertised 8mb/1.0mb ($89per month) i got like 6.5/0.7 which is nod great but a lot better than any other ISP at my area. So far the customer support is great. And thats Cyberonic's customer support. Very polite and knowledgeable people. Instalation was very well coordinated. Everything was as they said is going to be all the visits was coordinated by phone calls 30 minutes ahead by Cyberonic. So far i am pleased with their service. The price is a little to high for those speeds but as i said since there is no real competition here at this moment i have to take it...

    They gave me Netopia 2247NWG wireless router which i believe is Motorola company and so far everything with the service is fine.

    Ok after 3 weeks i understood that my problem is the old wires in South Beach and specificly for me the long distance from the office. So i had no choice and i had to switch to 6/0.6 mbit. At those speeds the internet is pretty stable. and i am glad with it.

    But again i want to say that cyberonic support is very friendly and willing to help.
