this will be short and too the point.
2 weeks with flashcom, 3 days (not consecutive) of the email servers being down, average of 1/2 hours on hold for tech support, Tech support person friendly but not helpful as to what exactly was going on with the mail server (maddening). I was with a small local ISP for 2 years with not a single problem nor a wait for a support person (although only support during buisiness hours). If this keeps up for one more week I will change to something else, if they try to charge me for termination of contract I will threaten to sue due to non or sub-par performance on their part.
I sure wish I had found this site before starting with flashcom so as others have stated check all your options before signing a contract for any duration.
768/382 speedstream,covad, good up and down speed, install was smooth exept covad had double order via flashcom.
